Ad said it may be the coupler which it was and he replaced it with a new one, at an inexpensive price. A few days after the service, the AD called to inquire as to the status of the repair and if I were happy with the service. That was several moths ago. The dryer has worked fine ever since. I would call the AD again if I need any appliance repair work."
